Autumn Term Informal Concert

This year’s Autumn Term Informal Concert was a remarkable showcase of our young musicians’ talent and dedication, featuring a wonderful program of uplifting and heartwarming performances.

Under the enthusiastic leadership of Mrs. Hipwell and with the support of our dedicated music teachers, children from all year groups took to the stage to perform a piece on the instruments they are currently learning, including the piano, flute, clarinet, harp, drums and ukulele.

The early evening performance showcased a delightful variety of solo performances, duets, small group numbers and performances by an entire year group. Division III and IV pupils enthusiastically presented the song they had been rehearsing in music class this term, complete with actions!

Adding to the atmosphere, the Pre Prep choir delighted the audience with a couple of Halloween-themed songs, complete with fun headwear. The music teachers also joined in, accompanying their pupils in several duets.

It was wonderful to see the School Hall packed with families, eager to see their children’s progress and cheer on the performers. Overall, a memorable evening, filled with many rounds of applause, and a testament to the effort and dedication of both the staff and the children.

We can’t wait for the next concert!
