On Monday 8th September, Division IV enjoyed a very special English lesson with Mrs Bygraves at Old Hunstanton Beach.
Making the most of the glorious late summer sunshine, the children spent the morning exploring the sights, sounds and sensations of the seaside. From the crash of the waves to the crunch of shells beneath their feet, every detail became inspiration for their creative writing.
Armed with notebooks and plenty of enthusiasm, the pupils collected rich vocabulary to use in their own poems back at school. The fresh sea air, combined with the beauty of the coastal landscape, gave everyone a burst of energy and imagination.
Returning to school brimming with ideas, Division IV were eager to put pen to paper. It was a truly wonderful way to begin the week, if only every Monday morning could be quite so inspiring!
