Our Friday Night Socials for this Spring Term have been full of exciting activities for all ages.
Our Senior Prep pupils celebrated Burns Night with a Ceilidh, where they learned Scottish Country Dancing routines and enjoyed child-friendly Scottish snacks like Irn Bru, Tunnocks Caramel Wafers, oatcakes, and shortbread.
Junior Prep had an exciting evening at “Escape from Glebe,” an escape room event with a unique Glebe House twist. The children teamed up and used their detective skills to solve a mystery, which involved deciphering hidden messages in Morse code and piecing together a destroyed letter.
The children in the Pre-Prep class had a fantastic time at the Big Bird Bonanza. They participated in bird-themed activities, such as creating bird books, drawing stuffed birds using oil pastels, and crafting bird feeders and rock garden birds. The event was made even more enjoyable by bird-themed snacks and the assistance of the Prep children, who volunteered their time.
We are looking forward to the exciting activities that the Summer Term will bring. Stay tuned for further updates!
